Refund and Return Policy
We want every order from SINOMUSE to arrive as described. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at peng@sino-commercial.com within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
Books may be returned when they are unused, in the same condition received, and returned with any original packaging where applicable. Used books, clearance items, rare or out-of-print titles, and bulk lots may have visible wear and are sold according to the condition notes shown on the product page.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, incorrect, or missing, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or other reasonable solution depending on availability and the nature of the problem.
Return shipping
Unless the return is caused by our error or a damaged/incorrect item, return shipping costs are the customer responsibility. Original shipping fees and customs duties are not refundable unless required by law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
